Robert E. Kopp
Bob Kopp is a climate and sea-level scientist and a climate policy scholar. He serves at Rutgers University as a distinguished professor in the Department of Earth & Planetary Sciences. He leads Rutgers’ Earth System Science and Policy Lab and directs the Megalopolitan Coastal Transformation Hub.
