A dynamic case report in which the authors present a multidisciplinary
collaboration in a dyspnoic adolescent girl who coughs up blood, has a
high temperature and rapidly progresses to respiratory failure.
Laboratory findings, imaging results, and their interpretation are
shown. Current recommended management is discussed.
